• From the United Arab Emirates: between 8 and 12 weeks. Includes inspection, sea shipping (3-4 weeks), customs clearance and homologation.

We inform you of the estimated timeline as soon as we locate the car you're interested in. If there are delays, we communicate them immediately.

Before purchasing any vehicle, we commission an independent professional inspection at the country of origin. The report includes:

• Complete mechanical condition (engine, gearbox, suspension)
• Body and paint inspection (actual mileage, dents, repairs)
• Verification of all electronic systems
• Vehicle history (accidents, owners, maintenance)
• Detailed photographs of over 100 points

We send you the complete report and you decide with full information. If something doesn't convince you, we cancel at no cost.

We need basic documentation that almost everyone has:

• Valid ID or passport
• Proof of address (less than 3 months old)
• NIE number (if you're a resident but don't have Spanish ID)

We handle all vehicle documentation, purchase invoices, export certificates and customs procedures. You don't have to worry about anything.

Yes, but it needs homologation to obtain a Spanish license plate. This means an authorized laboratory verifies that the car meets European safety and emissions regulations.

Cars from UAE: They usually require minor adaptations such as modifying headlights or installing the emergency triangle mandatory in Europe.

European cars: Coming from the EU, they already comply with European regulations. They only need documentation transfer and Spanish ITV (technical inspection). It's a faster and simpler process.

We manage the entire process. The car leaves ITV with the Spanish technical certificate and is ready to register.

It depends on where the car comes from:

• From Europe (EU): No customs duty or import VAT. Only the registration tax in Spain (variable based on CO₂ emissions, between 0% and 14.75%).
• From UAE: 10% customs duty on the car value, 21% VAT (calculated on price + transport + insurance + customs duty), plus registration tax.

All cars in our stock have a 12-month warranty included in the service. If you detect any mechanical problem in the first 30 days after delivery, we manage the repair at no additional cost.

We work with official dealers for each brand in Spain for any warranty repairs.

If the inspection report shows significant issues or the car cannot be homologated in Spain, we cancel the purchase without penalty. You don't lose money.

It depends on which phase you're in:

• Phase 1 (reservation): Cancel at no cost, we refund 100%
• Phase 2 (car inspected): If the report doesn't convince you, cancel at no cost
• Phase 3 (in transit): Once shipped, we can't stop the ship. But we help you sell the car to another buyer or absorb part of the cost

The car is delivered to the address you indicate in Spain. Options:

• At your home: We bring it to your door with a specialized transporter. The car is locked and insured
• At ITV: We deliver directly at the ITV station for the final inspection (included in the service)

At the time of delivery we do a joint inspection, sign the delivery certificate and hand over all keys, documentation and manuals.

The main differences are in costs, timelines and profitability:

• Taxes: From Germany (within the EU) no customs duty or import VAT is paid. From UAE, 10% customs duty and 21% VAT are paid.
• Timelines: From Germany they arrive in 2-4 weeks. From UAE they take 8-12 weeks.
• Profitability: UAE usually offers better purchase prices and greater profitability on many models. The lower initial price can offset import costs.

In summary: Germany is faster and cheaper on taxes, but UAE can offer greater profitability depending on the model.
