Europe is not a single market. The timeline depends on the country of origin, the specific location of the unit, and whether it comes from inside or outside the European Union. It is usually the origin with simpler procedures, but it varies in every operation.

The indicative estimate is 40 to 75 days, counted from the approval of the quote and formalisation of the purchase until delivery in Spain. It includes the inspection at origin, sea transport, customs clearance where applicable, and the procedures in Spain. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and depends on vessel availability, documentation, and applicable procedures.

Timelines are usually similar to those of an import from the Emirates. The estimate is specified for each unit, according to documentation, location, transport, and the procedures required in Spain.

We coordinate a documentary review and an inspection of the unit before proceeding. We check history and ownership, and arrange the mechanical and cosmetic review with professionals, according to the location and agreed conditions. We send you the available report so you can decide with the information that exists about that specific unit.

It depends on how each price is presented. The figures we publish as indicative references do not by themselves include every item of the operation. In the quote for your request we detail which items are included and which remain to be confirmed for the specific unit.

The quote details, among others, these items:

• Vehicle, fees, inspection, and transport with insurance.
• Customs where applicable, and applicable taxes.
• Adaptations, ITV (roadworthiness test), and registration.

We separate the included costs from the estimates pending confirmation. Applicable taxes and procedures depend on the unit, its origin, and current regulations: we do not apply a universal formula, but specify them in the quote for the operation.

Payment, delivery, and timeline conditions are agreed in writing for each operation. Before proceeding, we present the quote and the applicable conditions, and we only move forward once you approve them.

We assess the technical feasibility of registration unit by unit, according to its origin and features. The analysis may lead to adaptations or procedures, which are reflected in the quote. Registration is specified after that study and cannot be guaranteed for all units or in advance.

If the documentary review or the inspection finds relevant problems with a unit, we tell you before proceeding and consider alternatives. The conditions applicable in that case are set out in writing for your operation.
